Terms of Service
Plain-English version below. By signing up for NxtLure, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
NxtLure (“we”, “us”) provides an AI-search visibility monitoring service. We track how often AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot) cite your brand, score that visibility, and recommend fixes.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Don’t share login credentials. One brand per account.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use NxtLure to (a) scan domains you don’t own or have written permission to scan, (b) abuse the API or attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring system, (c) resell the service without our written consent, or (d) circumvent rate limits or billing.
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. One-time scans are charged once. You can cancel a subscription anytime; you keep access through the end of the paid period. We don’t pro-rate refunds for partial months but will issue refunds for billing errors within 30 days. Pricing: $19 single scan, $199.99/month Growth Plan.
5. AI engine accuracy
We query third-party AI engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft/Bing). Their responses change frequently and aren’t guaranteed to be accurate about your brand. NxtLure reports what those engines actually said at scan time. We don’t guarantee that following our recommendations will increase your visibility — AI ranking is opaque and constantly evolving.
6. Data we store
We store the brand info you enter (name, domain, keywords, competitors), scan results, and account email. We don’t sell personal data. We use Supabase (database + auth), Stripe (billing), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Full details in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don’t guarantee specific SLAs at this pricing tier. We perform routine maintenance and may need to pause scans for upstream AI engine issues outside our control.
8. Termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — particularly for abuse, fraudulent payment, or scanning domains without authorization. You can delete your account anytime by emailing nathaniel@pryce.solutions.
9. Limits on liability
NxtLure is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where NxtLure is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
